Information Processed on Your Device

• Selfies and other camera captures used for personal color analysis, face-shape guidance, digital draping, and related beauty features.
• Analysis inputs and results, including season, undertone, depth, contrast, facial geometry, match strength, and close alternatives.
• Your local Beauty Profile, analysis history, preferences, saved recommendations, and calibration choices.
• Inspiration images you choose to import for Recreate Look and custom swatches or color collections you create in Shade Finder.
• Local product, makeup, hair, eyewear, jewelry, and outfit preferences used to personalize recommendations.

On-Device Image Analysis

Aveline analyzes supported face and image content on your device. Images are not uploaded to a Galadriel Labs cloud face library or retained as a remote biometric profile.

Digital draping may use a temporary camera or selfie capture while you compare neighboring palettes. These temporary captures are discarded after the draping session. The resulting calibration or preference you choose may remain in your local Beauty Profile.

Local Content and Retention

Your Beauty Profile, analysis history, inspiration images, custom swatches, saved colors, and preferences remain stored locally on your device for as long as you keep them. Aveline has no required account and does not provide cloud synchronization for this content.

You can remove individual saved content through the app where those controls are available. To remove all locally stored Aveline data, clear the app's storage in your device settings or uninstall Aveline. Because this content is local, Galadriel Labs cannot remotely retrieve or delete it.

Limited Online Services

• App security and abuse prevention, such as protecting service integrity and validating requests.
• Crash diagnostics and technical telemetry needed to identify reliability problems. This may include app version, device and operating-system information, and diagnostic details.
• Subscription entitlement verification for Aveline Plus.
• Optional Google sign-in, if you choose to use it, to help protect and restore your Aveline Plus subscription. Google handles authentication information under its own privacy policy.

Aveline Plus and Google Play

Aveline Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks features such as deeper calibration, digital draping, Recreate Look, Shade Finder, and custom color collections. Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details; Aveline receives subscription entitlement confirmation so it can provide the features you purchased.

Google Play may process purchase, account, device, and diagnostic information under Google's privacy policy. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.

Your Choices and Privacy Controls

• You choose whether to provide a selfie, camera capture, inspiration image, or custom swatch. These inputs are not required to browse every part of the app.
• You can avoid optional Google sign-in and use Aveline without creating an Aveline account.
• You can delete local profile content and saved items in the app where supported, or clear Aveline storage/uninstall the app for a complete local reset.
• You can request help with information controlled by Galadriel Labs by contacting privacy@galadriel.app. We may need to verify a request before responding.

Children's Privacy

Aveline is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through an online service, contact us at privacy@galadriel.app.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when Aveline, its online services, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or store listing where appropriate.
