Orbit Radio Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Galadriel Labs ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Orbit Radio and its related services.

Summary

Orbit Radio requires internet access to connect directly to live station streams and public station directories. No account is required. Favorites, custom streams, folders, recently played stations, and preferences are stored locally on your device.

Information Orbit Radio Handles

  • Favorite stations, playlist folders, recently played stations, sleep settings, and app preferences stored locally.
  • Custom stream names and URLs you add, stored locally on your device.
  • Search filters such as country, genre, language, quality, and popularity.
  • Basic device, app-version, purchase-entitlement, and crash information provided through Android or Google Play services.

Internet Radio Connections

When you browse or play radio, your device connects to station-directory services and to the station's streaming server. Those third parties may receive technical information such as your IP address, device connection details, and stream request under their own policies.

Orbit Radio does not proxy your listening through a Galadriel Labs user account and does not build a cloud listening profile.

Purchases

Optional Orbit Radio Pro purchases are processed through Google Play. We receive entitlement confirmation but do not receive or store your payment card details.

Retention, Choices, and Deletion

Favorites, folders, custom stations, recent history, and settings remain on your device until you delete them in the app, clear the app's storage, or uninstall Orbit Radio. Because there is no Orbit Radio account, there is no server-side profile for us to delete.

Children and Policy Changes

Orbit Radio is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as features or service providers change and will revise the date above.
